Seascape Japanese Restaurant "Shirakachi Robata" Begins Breakfast Service with Limited-Time Summer "Robata & Charcoal-Grilled Japanese Breakfast Buffet"

Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island, Okinawa (Location: Onna Village, Okinawa Prefecture) will launch a limited-time summer "Robata & Charcoal-Grilled Japanese Breakfast Buffet" from July 1, 2026 (Wed) to August 31, 2021 (Mon). This marks the first time since its opening that the specialty restaurant Shirakachi, a Japanese restaurant with a spectacular ocean view, will serve breakfast. Previously, breakfast was only available at the all-day dining restaurant "Serale," but this new offering provides an added enjoyment for guests staying for extended periods or returning visitors.

"Shirakachi Robata" is a Japanese restaurant with an open space featuring floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides, offering a stunning view of the emerald blue sea and white sandy beaches. Dishes showcasing the richness of Okinawan cuisine are lined up on the large island counter in the center of the restaurant.

At the live station, guests can enjoy freshly grilled "Agū Pork Marinated in Miso" and "Charcoal-Grilled Fresh Fish," prepared with charcoal, a specialty of robata restaurants. Dishes finished right before your eyes, such as "Kaisendon" (seafood rice bowl) adorned with colorful sea grapes and "Somen" noodles perfect for summer, offer a luxurious experience that stimulates the five senses from the morning.

The buffet station features Okinawan staples like "Inamuduchi" (traditional pork and island tofu soup with white miso), "Yushi Tofu Miso Soup," "Rafute" (braised pork belly), and "Champloo" (stir-fried dishes), along with small Japanese side dishes. The hotel's signature "French Toast" is a recommended masterpiece, uniquely arranged in a Japanese style with fragrant red bean paste, matcha sauce, and a fluffy dollop of whipped cream, adding depth to the flavor.

"Shirakachi Robata," which will begin breakfast service for a limited time during the summer, operates on a reservation basis with designated time slots. The all-day dining restaurant "Serale," which offers breakfast year-round, will serve guests on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing for different breakfast experiences.
