[Maihama View Hotel by HULIC] Summer-Limited Kids Park 'Umière' Opens August 1. Pre-Opening Event with Hatsuhiko Tsuji on July 27

Maihama View Hotel by HULIC (Location: Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture; General Manager: Hiroki Suzuki) will open the guest-exclusive kids park 'Umière' on Saturday, August 1, 2026. This park will feature the latest version of the air playground equipment 'Air Track Park' manufactured by AirGym of the Netherlands, marking its first introduction in Japan.

Prior to the grand opening, a pre-experience event for 'Umière' will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026. The event will welcome special guests including Hatsuhiko Tsuji, former manager of the Saitama Seibu Lions and official ambassador for the equipment manufacturer, along with women's hardball baseball player Yuka Shimizu and TV personality Fumihiro Horiguchi (Asarido). They will host the 'Challenge with Air Equipment! Physical Play Program' for participating children.

Guest-Exclusive Kids Park 'Umière' Surrounded by Sea and Light 'Umière' is a unique guest-exclusive kids park created by Maihama View Hotel by HULIC, blending the words 'Umi' (sea) and 'Lumière' (light). In a spacious environment overlooking Tokyo Bay, high-quality playground equipment and educational toys carefully selected from around the world are installed. Through experiences that stimulate children's "motion, creation, and stillness," the facility aims to make the hotel stay itself an enjoyable "family memory."

Hosting the 'Challenge with Air Equipment! Physical Play Program' This special program utilizes air equipment to provide an experiential session that nurtures core balance and physical sensation. Following the program, a free play session will be provided, allowing participants to fully experience the charm of 'Umière.'

'Kids Park Full Enjoyment Plan' Now Accepting Reservations Coinciding with the grand opening on August 1, the hotel has started accepting reservations for the 'Kids Park Full Enjoyment Plan,' which allows unlimited access to 'Umière' during the stay. Under this plan, guests can freely use the facility from check-in to check-out. We propose a new hotel experience where parents and children can spend time regardless of the weather in an open space overlooking Tokyo Bay.
