Hugh Morgan, a sweet shop centered on premium vanilla from around the world, is relaunching its popular 'Gateau Fromage Vanille' vanilla cheesecake as a conceptual, sensory-focused dessert, timed with the renovation of the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

Furthermore, three highly popular conceptual sweets previously sold as limited editions—'Shortcake Hugh Morgan,' 'Vanilla Log,' and 'Mont Blanc Vert'—are joining the permanent lineup.

In addition, 'Sable Hugh Morgan Premier,' a new sable cookie model in a sophisticated tin designed for gifting, has been introduced.
