New Country Manager Isa views the evolution of AI as "an opportunity for companies to envision and implement their growth strategies starting from customer success," and will lead the Japanese business focusing on three key areas.

Firstly, he will actively communicate the potential and needs of the Japanese market to the US headquarters, working to accelerate investment to ensure the Agentic Customer Platform becomes more widely recognized and easier for Japanese companies to use. Simultaneously, he will not only deepen collaboration with existing partners who have helped expand HubSpot in Japan but also promote new partnerships to build an ecosystem that can support companies with diverse needs.

Secondly, with the common goal of improving the quality of customer experience, he will establish a growth model in the Japanese market where marketing, sales, and customer service collaborate. While introducing the latest overseas trends and frameworks, he will also emphasize the customer relationships, trust, and business practices that Japanese companies value, fostering this growth model together with Japanese companies.

Thirdly, HubSpot Japan itself will practice AI utilization, cross-departmental collaboration, and the creation of a fulfilling work environment. The knowledge, lessons learned, and trial-and-error experiences gained in this process will be actively shared with Japanese companies.
