Huble Co., Ltd. Together, they will begin establishing a foreign talent development and management model, looking ahead to the planned establishment of the "Logistics Warehouse" field within the "Specified Skilled Worker" status of residence in April 2027. In the logistics industry, in addition to the decline in transportation capacity due to the so-called "2024 Problem," the shortage of personnel in warehouses responsible for cargo handling and packaging has become severe. Many logistics sites often rely on spot dispatch, and the increasing burden of education and low retention rates are operational challenges. Meanwhile, among the "Specified Skilled Worker" statuses of residence, the nursing care field requires high Japanese language proficiency and communication skills. Huble has, until now, built a system for recruiting, educating, and supporting the retention of foreign talent in this field. Therefore, Huble has decided to apply the human resource management know-how cultivated in the nursing care field to the logistics sector and enter the "Specified Skilled Worker - Logistics Warehouse" field, which is scheduled to be newly established in 2027. Through this partnership, by combining Tozai's logistics site network with Huble's human resource development and management system, they will support the establishment of a logistics site system that is not merely limited to talent introduction but is premised on the retention of foreign talent.
