Graduated from the School of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University in 1990. Passed 5 subjects of the tax accountant examination simultaneously in 1992. Joined Hongo Accounting Office (currently Tsuji Hongo Tax Corporation) in 1996. Registered as a tax accountant in 2003. He has been engaged in accounting and taxation for many years, focusing on corporate taxation for SMEs and personal/property taxation for owner-presidents. Currently, as the Head of the Review Office, he is engaged in examining corporate and inheritance tax returns submitted to tax offices by the corporation, responding to accounting and tax-related questions from staff, and actively giving seminars and writing articles.
