Tsuji・Hongō Tax Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Director: Keiko Kuwaki) and Tsuji・Hongō Social Insurance Labor Attorney Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative Partner: Noriyuki Takahashi) will jointly host the "Practical! Employee Motivation Boosting Ranking System" seminar starting April 23, 2026.

Ideally, a ranking system should not merely be a tool for ranking, but a driving force for growth, allowing each individual to deeply understand their role and envision their future career. However, in reality, systems often remain purely formal and do not lead to improved engagement on the ground.

This seminar will focus on the concept of role standards, which are essential for creating a vibrant organization. We will clearly explain important practical matters, from appropriate hierarchical design and the introduction of job descriptions that encourage proactive behavior, to linking with salary structures that reflect performance.
