(Headquarters: Saitama, Saitama; President: Mitsuyuki Kubota; hereinafter Shimachu).

Background and Challenges

As part of a company-wide push to improve business efficiency through mobile utilization, communication between headquarters and stores was also subject to review. The previously used system was not designed for mobile display, requiring store staff to make multiple trips between the large sales floor and the back office where PCs were located, just to check instructions or make reports. Additionally, submitting photo reports from a PC was cumbersome, leading to inefficiency in the nearly 900 instruction and reporting tasks per month.

Against this backdrop, Tenpo Linkle began operation in July 2025 with the aim of improving the operational efficiency of store staff.
