National Dispatch Average Hourly Wage is "1,614 yen", a 2.74% Increase from the Same Month Last Year [June 2026 Dispatch Average Hourly Wage and Job Opening Report]

*This survey was conducted by collecting and aggregating job opening information posted on the job sites "En Dispatch" and "Hatarako Net" using the big data analysis tool "HRog Chart".

The national average hourly wage for dispatched workers in June was 1,614 yen (an increase of 10 yen from the previous month, and an increase of 43 yen from the same month last year). The number of national dispatch job openings was 261,753 (an increase of 558 from the previous month, and a decrease of 32,413 from the same month last year).

The national average hourly wage for dispatched workers in June was 1,614 yen (an increase of 10 yen from the previous month, and an increase of 43 yen from the same month last year), a 0.62% increase from the previous month and a 2.74% increase from the same month last year. [Figure 1]

The number of national dispatch job openings in June was 261,753 (an increase of 558 from the previous month, and a decrease of 32,413 from the same month last year), a 0.21% increase from the previous month and a 11.02% decrease from the same month last year. [Figure 2]

The top 3 occupations with the highest average hourly wage growth rate (month-on-month) were: 1st place: Food Service/Food (increase of +102 yen, growth rate of +7.29%), 2nd place: Medical/Pharmaceutical/Welfare (increase of +56 yen, growth rate of +3.49%), and 3rd place: Creative (Web) (increase of +48 yen, growth rate of +2.11%).

The lowest was Video/Events/Entertainment/Campaigns (decrease of -73 yen, growth rate of -4.01%). [Figure 3]

The top 3 occupations with the highest job opening growth rate (month-on-month) were: 1st place: Food Service/Food (increase of +253 openings, growth rate of +108.58%), 2nd place: Medical/Pharmaceutical/Welfare (increase of +3,178 openings, growth rate of +8.10%), and 3rd place: Sales/Office Work/Planning/Management (increase of +2,906 openings, growth rate of +2.31%).

The lowest was Fashion/Apparel/Interiors (decrease of -811 openings, growth rate of -50.19%). [Figure 4]

Average Hourly Wage and Job Opening Count by Prefecture Survey

The top 3 prefectures with the highest average hourly wage growth rate (month-on-month) were: 1st place: Saitama Prefecture (increase of +40 yen, growth rate of +2.57%), 2nd place: Kanagawa Prefecture (increase of +40 yen, growth rate of +2.38%), and 3rd place: Gifu Prefecture (increase of +19 yen, growth rate of +1.35%).

The bottom 3 were: 45th place: Tokushima Prefecture (decrease of -19 yen, growth rate of -1.55%), 46th place: Mie Prefecture (decrease of -28 yen, growth rate of -1.96%), and last place: Kagawa Prefecture (decrease of -32 yen, growth rate of -2.48%). [Figure 5]

The top 3 prefectures with the highest job opening growth rate (month-on-month) were: 1st place: Ehime Prefecture (increase of +160 openings, growth rate of +27.03%), 2nd place: Mie Prefecture (increase of +784 openings, growth rate of +22.54%), and 3rd place: Aomori Prefecture (increase of +88 openings, growth rate of +16.48%).

The bottom 3 were: 45th place: Nagano Prefecture (decrease of -589 openings, growth rate of -17.17%), 46th place: Saga Prefecture (decrease of -161 openings, growth rate of -20.64%), and last place: Tokushima Prefecture (decrease of -54 openings, growth rate of -28.27%). [Figure 6]

Survey Overview

Job opening information posted on two job sites, "En Dispatch" and "Hatarako Net," collected by the big data analysis tool "HRog Chart" provided by our company, was extracted for "dispatch" job openings, and the number of postings and average hourly wages at the time of recruitment were aggregated.

June 2026: 261,753 items

<Method of calculating average hourly wage>

Salary information within the salary item of the job opening information was converted into numerical values, and the lower limit amounts were summed and averaged.

<Prefectures included in the survey>

Work location information from job openings was obtained and aggregated. If a single job opening was linked to two or more prefectures, the first listed prefecture was used.

<Occupations included in the survey>

Since "HRog Chart" aggregates information from multiple job sites, we used the industry and occupation categories based on "HRog Chart's" original keyword mapping process, rather than the industry/occupation categories listed on the sites. For the occupation-specific survey, we limited our analysis to 16 out of a total of 22 classified occupations.
