*This survey was conducted by collecting and aggregating job posting information published on recruitment media "Mynavi Tenshoku", "En Tenshoku", "doda", and "type" using the big data analysis tool for recruitment "HRog Chart".

The national average monthly salary for full-time employees in June was 295,525 yen (an increase of 913 yen from the previous month, and an increase of 7,525 yen from the same month last year). The national number of job postings for full-time employees was 331,622 (an increase of 9,802 from the previous month, and an increase of 45,390 from the same month last year).

The national average monthly salary for full-time employees in June was 295,525 yen (an increase of 913 yen from the previous month, and an increase of 7,525 yen from the same month last year), a 0.31% increase from the previous month and a 2.61% increase from the same month last year. [Figure 1]

The national number of job postings for full-time employees in June was 331,622 (an increase of 9,802 from the previous month, and an increase of 45,390 from the same month last year), a 3.05% increase from the previous month and a 15.86% increase from the same month last year. [Figure 2]

The top 3 occupations by average monthly salary growth rate (month-on-month) were: 1st place: Public Service/Organization Staff (increase amount +10,735 yen, increase rate +4.29%); 2nd place: Medical/Pharmaceutical/Welfare (increase amount +3,178 yen, increase rate +1.13%); 3rd place: Manufacturing/Factory/Chemical/Food (increase amount +1,664 yen, increase rate +0.64%).

The lowest was Beauty/Esthetics/Nail (decrease amount -2,929 yen, decrease rate -1.03%). [Figure 3]

The top 3 occupations by job posting volume growth rate (month-on-month) were: 1st place: Beauty/Esthetics/Nail (increase number +55, increase rate +11.83%); 2nd place: Education/Language/Sports (increase number +312, increase rate +10.22%); 3rd place: Video/Events/Entertainment/Campaigns (increase number +102, increase rate +7.77%).

The lowest was Public Service/Organization Staff (decrease number -96, decrease rate -41.03%). [Figure 4]

The top 3 prefectures by average monthly salary growth rate (month-on-month) were: 1st place: Yamaguchi Prefecture (increase amount +2,977 yen, increase rate +1.18%); 2nd place: Akita Prefecture (increase amount +2,683 yen, increase rate +1.07%); 3rd place: Fukui Prefecture (increase amount +2,369 yen, increase rate +0.95%).

The bottom 3 were: 45th place: Aomori Prefecture (decrease amount -992 yen, decrease rate -0.40%); 46th place: Ehime Prefecture (decrease amount -1,105 yen, decrease rate -0.44%); and the lowest: Saga Prefecture (decrease amount -1,418 yen, decrease rate -0.57%). [Figure 5]

The top 3 prefectures by job posting volume growth rate (month-on-month) were: 1st place: Nagasaki Prefecture (increase number +80, increase rate +7.16%); 2nd place: Fukushima Prefecture (increase number +156, increase rate +6.93%); 3rd place: Kagawa Prefecture (increase number +160, increase rate +6.68%).

The bottom 3 were: 45th place: Nara Prefecture (decrease number -1, decrease rate -0.09%); 46th place: Shimane Prefecture (decrease number -9, decrease rate -1.04%); and the lowest: Tottori Prefecture (decrease number -17, decrease rate -2.51%). [Figure 6]

Survey Overview

Job posting information from four recruitment media ("Mynavi Tenshoku", "En Tenshoku", "doda", and "type") collected by our company's big data analysis tool for recruitment "HRog Chart" was extracted for "full-time employee" job postings, and the number of postings and average monthly salary at the time of recruitment were aggregated.

<Method of calculating average monthly salary>

Salary information within the salary item of the job posting information was converted into numerical values, and the lower limit amounts were summed and averaged.

<Prefectures included in the aggregation>

Work location information from job postings was obtained and aggregated. If a single job posting was linked to two or more prefectures, the first listed prefecture was used.

<Job categories included in the aggregation>

Since "HRog Chart" aggregates information from multiple recruitment media, job postings were classified and aggregated based on "HRog Chart's" original keyword mapping process, rather than using the industry and job category classifications listed by the media. For the job type survey, data was limited to 18 out of a total of 22 job categories.
