Survey Overview
Job information on 'temporary staff' recruitment posted on the two job media, 'En-Haken' and 'Hatarako-net,' collected by 'HRog Chart,' a job big data analysis tool provided by our company, was extracted, and the number of postings and the average hourly wage at the time of recruitment were aggregated.
April 2026: 280,552
The salary information in the job posting's salary field was converted to numerical values, and the lower bounds were summed and averaged.
Work location information from job postings was acquired and aggregated. If a single job posting was associated with two or more prefectures for work location, the first listed prefecture was adopted.
'HRog Chart' aggregates information across multiple job media, so instead of using industry/occupation categories listed by the media, job information was classified and aggregated using industry/occupation categories based on 'HRog Chart's unique keyword mapping process. For the occupational survey, 16 out of 22 classified occupations were included.
