HRBrain Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo / CEO: Hiroki Hori, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has commenced a trial operation of its new "AI-Powered Solutions Hints beta version" (hereinafter referred to as "this feature") for "HRBrain Pulse Survey." This feature utilizes generative AI to analyze past response data and provide insights for organizational improvement.

Development Background

While many companies have introduced pulse surveys, challenges such as "data is accumulated but we don't know how to interpret it" and "we cannot translate it into concrete improvement actions" have become apparent. Especially for on-site managers, it is difficult to secure time for survey analysis, leading to a normalization of "hollowed-out surveys" where results are merely reviewed.

Against this backdrop, we have developed and are experimentally introducing a system that supports data analysis and consideration of concrete actions using generative AI.

Feature Overview

Feature 1: Automatic Summary of Data Trends

By referencing past response data, the AI summarizes the current employee state and presents trends.

Feature 2: Identification of Priority Issues

The AI extracts up to three high-priority issues, clarifying the points that should be focused on.

Feature 3: Suggestion of Concrete Improvement Actions

For identified issues, the system specifically suggests "who" should do "what," strongly supporting the execution of improvement actions on the ground.

*This feature is currently in a testing phase with a limited number of customers. A product version is planned based on usage and feedback. *The output may not always be correct. Please confirm and judge for yourself without solely relying on the output.
