With this update, in addition to the 'real-time integration' already available for API-linked media, the automatic import schedule for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) linked media has been expanded, creating an environment that enables 'immediate response' from all channels.

For mid-career recruitment, imports now occur eight times a day as of March 11. For new graduate recruitment, automatic imports will occur five times a day starting April 1.

In today's recruitment market, where candidates apply to multiple companies simultaneously, the 'speed from application to first contact' is one of the most critical factors influencing selection yield and offer acceptance rates.

A delay of even a few hours in sending interview invitations or thank-you emails can decrease a candidate's enthusiasm and increase the risk of them prioritizing other companies' selection processes.

While 'Saiyo Ikkatsu Kanrikun' has previously enabled centralized management of information from multiple media, this update was implemented to maximize the 'immediacy' of system integration, ensuring that companies do not miss the 'post-application' window when candidate enthusiasm is at its peak.

Real-time integration via API allows information to be synchronized to 'Saiyo Ikkatsu Kanrikun' the moment a candidate applies. We have further expanded the number of media compatible with this immediate import.

This allows recruiters to immediately take the next action (such as sending interview invitations via LINE or email) to candidates right after they apply, while keeping the system open.

2. [RPA Integration] Significant Expansion of Import Frequency and Timing

For media not compatible with APIs, we have increased the frequency of automatic crawling and data acquisition via our RPA function as follows. This ensures that even for applications received during early morning or night hours when recruiters are away, the latest data is ready by the start of the workday or during breaks.
