HPE today announced its fiscal 2026 second quarter results.

Antonio Neri, president and CEO of HPE, said:

HPE achieved record revenue, gross margin, non-GAAP diluted EPS, and record free cash flow for a second quarter.

Fiscal 2026 Q2 (February 2026 – April 2026) Summary:

Revenue: $10.7 billion, up 40% YoY

Gross Margin:

- GAAP: 36.5%, up 810 bps YoY, up 60 bps QoQ - Non-GAAP: 36.9%, up 750 bps YoY, up 30 bps QoQ

Diluted EPS:

- GAAP: $0.44, up $1.26 YoY, above guidance range $0.09-$0.13 - Non-GAAP: $0.79, up $0.41 YoY, above guidance range $0.51-$0.55

Cash from operations: $1.4 billion, up $1.9 billion YoY

Free cash flow: $0.9 billion, up $1.8 billion YoY

Capital returned to shareholders: $343 million in dividends and share repurchases
