Ayu-scented Summer Kaiseki × Local Sake Tasting (3 types)

Dinner will be an Ayu Kaiseki at Kaga Cuisine "Benihana," featuring local specialties such as Aigamo Jibuni stew, seafood from the Sea of Japan, and Kuroge Wagyu beef. The seasonal ayu (sweetfish) will be served as fragrant salt-grilled fish, the delicacy "ayu uruka" (fermented ayu innards), and overnight-dried ayu cooked in a kamameshi pot. Enjoy the marriage of seasonal delights and three types of local sake.
