The French Buffet's recommendations include a variety of colorful and delicate appetizers using local vegetables, as well as fish and meat dishes finished by chefs at the teppanyaki corner. For sweets that vibrantly color your after-meal time, in addition to fluffy pancakes made by pastry chefs at the teppanyaki corner, a new menu item 'Mont Blanc Ice Cream' will be introduced.
