HP Japan Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Nobuki Okato) has signed a partnership agreement with Fennel Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President: Ryo Takashima, hereinafter referred to as "FENNEL"), which operates the professional esports team "FENNEL", with the aim of strengthening the HyperX brand in the Japanese market. HyperX is HP's gaming product brand.
HyperX is HP's gaming product brand. It offers PCs and gaming accessories to a wide range of game enthusiasts, from professional gamers to casual gamers. In January 2026, the OMEN brand was integrated, making HyperX the master brand for gaming products.
HP supports esports teams and players worldwide through its wide range of HyperX brand products, while also supporting the growth of next-generation players. Globally, through a strategic partnership with Riot Games, HP supports the development of esports by co-developing products and providing PCs, displays, and peripherals for official world tournaments.
As part of these global initiatives, we have signed a partnership agreement with FENNEL in Japan with the aim of enhancing the value and recognition of the HyperX brand. Under this agreement, we will provide FENNEL players and streamers who do game commentary and broadcasting with the highest standard of essential gaming accessories for esports competitions, such as HyperX microphones, headsets, keyboards, mice, and earphones, throughout the year, supporting their activities. We will also promote the HyperX and FENNEL brands, including player appearances in HyperX videos.
Furthermore, aiming to realize our shared vision with HP and FENNEL of "nurturing the future of esports" in Japan, we will jointly implement the "For Future Project" for next-generation support. In the "For Future Project," points will be added to the "For Future Counter" individually set each time a FENNEL player wins an official tournament. Every time these points reach 100, children who wish to "see their admired players up close" or "get high-performance devices to improve" will be invited to official tournaments, or HyperX gaming devices will be presented.
