The frequency requirement for mixed vaccinations, which was previously an annual condition for stay, has been reviewed and changed to once every three years, in line with internationally referenced guidelines. This change is based on the latest veterinary knowledge, aiming to achieve a high level of balance between maintaining the health of dogs and ensuring a safe stay environment at the facilities. Furthermore, for dogs visiting from overseas, stays with an entry quarantine certificate will now be newly accepted. Hoshino Resorts will continue to propose "dog-friendly travel" that caters to the feelings of dog owners and their families, while ensuring the safety of all guests. Background of the Rule Revision This revision is implemented with the desire to "protect the health of dogs while enjoying travel together." The rules have been optimized by referencing the latest knowledge, such as the "three-year cycle" recommended by international guidelines, as opposed to the previously common "annual vaccination." This aims to allow senior dogs or dogs with delicate constitutions, who may have refrained from traveling due to the burden of annual vaccinations, to choose their stays with greater peace of mind.
