Hoshino Resorts Oirase Keiryu Hotel, the only resort hotel located along the Oirase Keiryu, will present a special spring menu at its French restaurant "Sonore" from April 10 to June 30, 2026. This 8-course menu, priced at 21,780 JPY per person (excluding accommodation), highlights seasonal ingredients from Aomori, including mountain vegetables and seafood. Dishes include salmon with white asparagus and a French-style reinterpretation of Aomori's local "Ichigoni" (sea urchin and abalone stew). The dining experience begins with aperitifs on a terrace overlooking the stream, followed by dinner in a main dining area with sommelier-selected wines. The hotel, with 181 rooms, offers stays from 25,100 JPY per night per person (for double occupancy, including breakfast and dinner). It is accessible by a 90-minute car ride from JR Hachinohe Station.
