Star-Studded Cast Unites! Frank Wildhorn's Premium Concert 'This is the Moment!' Announced to Celebrate 25th Anniversary of Japanese Premiere

Celebrating 25 years since the Japanese premiere of musicals by composer Frank Wildhorn, known for global hits such as 'Jekyll & Hyde' and 'Death Note: The Musical,' a premium concert featuring a star-studded cast and a 30-member orchestra has been announced. The event will take place over two days at Suntory Hall's Main Hall in Tokyo on Tuesday, October 6, and Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Fast-track lottery ticket sales begin Monday, July 6, at 11:00 AM.

The legend began in 2001 with the Japanese premiere of the musical 'Jekyll & Hyde.' Its dramatic and powerful songs captivated countless fans.

Now, 25 years later, Frank Wildhorn has created numerous masterpieces not only in Europe and the U.S. but also across Asia, with repeated performances and revivals in Japan. To mark the 25th anniversary of his Japanese debut, a premium concert representing the culmination of Frank's career has been confirmed.

The cast includes Kanji Ishimaru, Takahiro Sato, Marihiko Tadai, Mikiho Makoto, Reon Yuzuki, Yoka Wao, and rotating guest performers Megumi Hamada, Kazuki Kato, and Raito Oka. These legendary performers, closely associated with Frank's iconic works, will unite with a 30-member orchestra conducted by Akihiro Shiota to deliver a spectacular performance of timeless hits. The concert will be held over two days—October 6 and 7—at Suntory Hall's Main Hall in Tokyo, with a total of three performances.
