Tokyo Metropolitan "Childcare Worker Career Advancement Training" New Applications Open Today

Kizuna Kai Social Welfare Corporation has begun accepting new applications for the Tokyo Metropolitan "Childcare Worker Career Advancement Training" from July 1, 2026.

This training is aimed at childcare workers and others employed at childcare facilities in Tokyo. Eligible individuals can attend for free, with no tuition or textbook fees.

This year, we will offer both in-person training at a venue and e-learning training that can be taken from home or work, providing a learning environment that is easy for busy childcare professionals to access.

Training Content "Immediately Applicable" in Childcare Settings

At Kizuna Kai Social Welfare Corporation, we aim for training that goes beyond just learning knowledge.

Instead of one-sided lectures by instructors, we emphasize content that can be applied to "tomorrow's childcare" by incorporating actual cases and case studies from childcare settings, as well as group work.
