Grand Opening of 'Yard miyakojima' on April 1, 2026

Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and Kajima Corporation are pleased to announce the grand opening of 'Yard miyakojima,' a new commercial facility developed in the Tulibar district of Miyakojima, Okinawa, on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

The facility will open simultaneously with the adjacent hotel, 'Canopy by Hilton Okinawa Miyakojima Resort,' serving as a new hub for tourism and local activity on the island. Eight shops and restaurants from Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture, and Tokyo will be featured. With a diverse range of dining, retail, and experiential shops, as well as a rooftop sunset terrace, the facility aims to be a 'communal courtyard' where both tourists and local residents can gather freely.

To commemorate the grand opening, an opening fair will be held at each store starting Wednesday, April 1, along with a special giveaway campaign for original tote bags.

■ Opening Fair [April 1 (Wed) – April 5 (Sun)]

Each store will host opening fair events, including limited-time menus and special sales, offering visitors unique experiences and new attractions.

＜1st Floor Stores＞

MUEH brewing (New to the market, scheduled to open in May)
Craft beer brewery, beer bar, and restaurant. MUEH Brewing crafts beer using local ingredients and limestone-filtered water, providing a space for people to connect while enjoying local culture.

Limited-time pre-sale of canned craft beer. Customers will receive a special benefit to be used at the store after its May opening.

Island Café & Spanish Restaurant Blanquita (First location in Miyakojima)
An island café and Spanish restaurant where you can enjoy 'island time' in a sophisticated space. Enjoy paella made with local ingredients, café menus, wine, and cocktails.

Chinese Restaurant Ichirin Miyako (First location in Miyakojima)
A specialty Chinese restaurant serving dynamic dishes using local ingredients from Miyakojima, alongside signature dishes from the Ichirin Group like 'Yodare-dori' (mouth-watering chicken) and Mapo Tofu.

First 100 customers who spend over 4,400 yen (tax included) receive a 'Soap Piece.' First 50 customers who spend over 11,000 yen (tax included) receive a 'Botanical Treatment (Kabuchii scent).' Also, Okinawa vegetables will be sold for 100 yen on April 4-5 (while supplies last).

Laboratorio Arcadia (First location in Miyakojima)
A pottery experience studio designed like a cave. Create unique Miyakojima-inspired ceramics and art pieces while feeling the interplay of light and shadow.
