April 1, 2026 GRAND OPEN "Yard miyakojima"

Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and Kajima Corporation have been developing the commercial facility "Yard miyakojima" in the Tuliver area of Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture, which will grand open on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

This facility will open simultaneously with the adjacent hotel "Canopy by Hilton Okinawa Miyakojima Resort," becoming a new hub for activity and tourism in Miyakojima. Eight shops and restaurants from Miyakojima, other parts of Okinawa Prefecture, and Tokyo will open in the facility. With a diverse range of stores including food and beverage, retail, and experiential shops, as well as a rooftop sunset terrace, it aims to be "Everyone's Courtyard" where tourists visiting Miyakojima and local residents can gather casually.

To commemorate the grand opening, an opening fair will be held at each store from Wednesday, April 1, and an original tote bag giveaway campaign will also be implemented.

Each store will hold an opening fair, offering limited-time menus and special sales. This will provide visitors with new attractions and experiences that can only be enjoyed here and now.

MUEH Brewing is a place that brews craft beer utilizing island ingredients and limestone water. It offers a space where people can experience local culture and scenery, and interact with each other.

Limited pre-sale of craft beer in cans for a limited time.

Customers who purchase will receive a special offer that can be used at the store after its opening in May.
