In addition to the updates to the AI Business Operator Guidelines, we will explain domestic and international AI regulatory trends, as well as the key points and case studies of corporate AI governance implementation. On March 31, 2026, the AI Business Operator Guidelines were revised. In Version 1.2 of the AI Business Operator Guidelines, AI agents and physical AI were newly defined. In addition, the arrangement of human intervention in judgments and entities of responsibility has been organized, assuming the autonomous use of AI. Furthermore, various AI regulatory laws are being considered and implemented in different countries and regions, requiring companies to make management decisions, utilize AI, and establish AI governance based on these developments.
