In addition to the updates to the AI Business Operator Guidelines, we will explain domestic and international AI regulatory trends, as well as the key points and case studies of corporate AI governance implementation.
On March 31, 2026, the AI Business Operator Guidelines were revised. In Version 1.2 of the AI Business Operator Guidelines, AI agents and physical AI were newly defined. In addition, the arrangement of human intervention in judgments and entities of responsibility has been organized, assuming the autonomous use of AI. Furthermore, various AI regulatory laws are being considered and implemented in different countries and regions, requiring companies to make management decisions, utilize AI, and establish AI governance based on these developments.
In this seminar, we will invite Mr. Yoshikuni Shibayama, who participated in addressing the recent revision of the AI Business Operator Guidelines, as a lecturer to explain the revisions and key points. We will also introduce domestic and international AI regulatory trends and explain how to face AI as a management issue and implement it in organizations, incorporating key points and case studies of building AI governance.
We know you are busy during this season, but we hope you will take this opportunity to participate and use it to help build and practice AI governance in your company.
