HOMMA x Tanabe no Mori Introduce Architecture-Integrated Smart Home System to New Model House in Matsue, Shimane

HOMMA Group Inc. ### Background and Purpose of Implementation The collaboration between HOMMA and Tanabe no Mori began following the 'Gogin Startup Fest' hosted by The San-in Godo Bank in March 2025. Tanabe no Mori, which values 'homes living with natural materials,' sought new added value and unprecedented lifestyles. They resonated with HOMMA's vision of 'fusing architecture and technology,' leading to this implementation. ### About 'Built-in Intelligence' provided by HOMMA HOMMA provides 'Built-in Intelligence,' a product that merges architecture and technology. The core feature of this product is its approach to 'smartification from the architectural stage.' From the design phase, the placement of sensors, lighting, shades, air conditioning, and auto-locks is planned integrally, integrating technology directly into the building itself.

This eliminates all the cumbersome tasks typically associated with standard smart home installations, such as 'purchasing devices after moving in,' 'app settings,' and 'network adjustments.'
