TOPPAN Holdings Establishes New Company for Cancer Personalized Medicine in the US

TOPPAN Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & CEO: Hideharu Maro; hereinafter "TOPPAN Holdings") established a new company, "TOPPAN Global Medical Healthcare Inc.", in Houston, Texas, USA, in March 2026, to promote personalized cancer medicine and drug discovery support businesses.

With the new company as its base, TOPPAN Holdings aims to accelerate research and development using its independently developed 3D cell culture technology "invivoid®" and achieve the societal implementation of personalized cancer medicine. The new company is located in the Texas Medical Center (TMC), where world-class cancer research facilities are concentrated, and will promote collaboration with local medical institutions and pharmaceutical companies.

Background of New Company Establishment Currently, in the field of cancer treatment, there is a globally increasing need for "personalized medicine" that selects the optimal treatment method and drugs for each patient.
