Panasonic HVAC & CC Hosts the 21st Environmental Art Competition for Elementary School Students

Panasonic HVAC & CC (hereinafter referred to as Panasonic) will host the 21st Environmental Art Competition for elementary school students nationwide, themed 'Connecting to the Future! Delicious Air, Water, and Food.' This competition, which has been held since 2006 to encourage the next generation of children to take an interest in environmental issues and think about a sustainable future, received 1,454 entries nationwide in 2025.

Clean air, clear water, and delicious food are blessings of nature and very precious treasures for us. We are calling for paintings and messages that freely express the desire to protect and pass on these treasures to the future.

Overview of the 21st Environmental Art Competition

[Theme] 'Connecting to the Future! Delicious Air, Water, and Food'

[Purpose] ・To create opportunities for children to take an interest in the environment and take action with environmental awareness. Also, to provide an opportunity for them to freely express their thoughts through paintings. ・To widely disseminate works and messages that convey the desire to cherish the environment and raise awareness of the environment throughout society.

[Target] Elementary school students nationwide (Grades 1-6)

[Application Deadline] September 7, 2026 (Mon.) *Postmark valid on the day

[Application Method] Please download the application form from the following website and fill in the necessary information. Please attach the application form to the back of the work with tape. *Glue attachment is not allowed

[Judging] The entries will be judged strictly by environmental education experts and Panasonic representatives, and the Grand Prize, President's Prize, Excellent Prize, Honorable Mention, and Special Prize will be selected.

[Award Announcement] The judging results will be announced on Panasonic's website in mid-October 2026.

[Prizes] ・A participation prize will be awarded to all applicants. ・A certificate and commemorative gift (Panasonic products planned) will be awarded to the winners. ・The work that wins the Special Prize 'Kasugai City Mayor's Prize' will be wrapped on garbage trucks in Kasugai City and will tour elementary schools and other educational facilities for one year as part of outdoor environmental learning activities. After that, it will run through the city while disseminating messages about the environment. ・The winning works will be exhibited at various public facilities and Panasonic Group facilities. They will also be featured in Panasonic's printed materials and other publications to convey the children's desire to cherish the environment to as many people as possible.
