The annual awards ceremony for the 2025-26 Daido Life SV.LEAGUE, 'Recruit Staffing presents Daido Life SV.LEAGUE AWARDS 2025-26', was held in Tokyo on May 19, 2026. Osaka Bluteon received three club awards. [Details of the Best Social Engagement Club Award, Rally Category] Activity Name: Making Sign Language Cheering a Volleyball Spectating Culture - Aiming for a Spectating Environment Everyone Can Enjoy through Co-creation Activity Details: Aiming for the realization of a society where everyone can share the same emotions through the power of sports, we implemented activities themed around 'sign language'. Centered on two pillars: 'creating a participatory spectating experience where visitors learn and incorporate sign language into their cheering' and 'expanding contact points between children with hearing impairments and the local community', we deployed a wide range of activities at our home game on December 6, 2025. These included the sale of charity sign language T-shirts, setting up sign language experience booths, and inviting students and parents from hearing support schools to watch the game. A major feature of this initiative was the participation from the planning stage of Osaka Prefecture, all four hearing support schools in the prefecture, our partner SSK Corporation, and employees with hearing impairments from Panasonic Sports Co., Ltd. Reason for Selection: This activity involved staff with disabilities from the planning stage, creating not only social participation opportunities for people with disabilities but also policies that promote mutual understanding as visitors interact with sign language through sports. It involves diverse people, and the donations utilizing merchandise serve as a sustainable model, making it particularly fitting for the Rally Award. I am extremely pleased to have been selected for the Best Social Engagement Club Award.
