By adding meringue to freshly pounded mochi made from Hokkaido-grown glutinous rice, we achieve a soft, chewy texture and a melt-in-your-mouth feel. For this product, special zunda paste is kneaded into the Yawa Mochi, allowing you to fully enjoy the rich flavor of edamame.

The zunda paste, made from Hokkaido-grown edamame, retains a slight graininess and has a reduced sweetness to enhance the aroma and sweetness of the edamame.

A daifuku mochi that has perfected a soft, chewy, and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Made using Hokkaido-grown glutinous rice, it is carefully prepared from steaming the rice in our in-store workshop.
