General Incorporated Association Hoiku no Design Advance Announces 'FY2026 Career Advancement Training for Childcare Workers and Others'

General Incorporated Association Hoiku no Design Advance, designated by various prefectural governments across the country, will hold the [FY2026 Career Advancement Training for Childcare Workers and Others].

This training is designed to comply with the Treatment Improvement Addition (Category 3), which will be fully implemented starting in FY2026.

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Treatment Improvement Addition: Category 3 This is a wage improvement [quality enhancement] based on the improvement of skills and experience of childcare workers, kindergarten teachers, etc.

The number of fields and hours required for the addition in FY2026 (full implementation) are as follows:

□ Deputy Head Childcare Worker / Core Leader, etc.: Completion of 4 fields (or 60 hours or more) □ Job Field Leader / Young Leader: Completion of 1 field (or 15 hours or more) ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

Hoiku no Design Advance's e-learning [on-demand] career advancement training for childcare workers is supervised by Takashi Muto, a leading expert in early childhood education and care, and features content created directly by highly specialized and experienced instructors.

Each "approximately 15-hour training per field" is divided into short sessions of about 15 to 30 minutes, allowing you to study systematically during your spare time.

We have provided a long training period (April 1, 2026, to March 15, 2027), making it possible to take the courses during times that do not conflict with events at your childcare facility.

The training fee is 9,900 yen (tax included) per field, an affordable price that makes it easy to get started right away.

Certificates of completion will be available as soon as they are approved following an evaluation.
