General Incorporated Association Hoiku no Design Advance will be holding the "FY2026 Childcare Worker Career Advancement Training" under the designation of local governments across Japan. This training corresponds to the Treatment Improvement Addition (Category 3), which will be fully implemented starting in FY2026.

The number of fields and hours required for the addition in FY2026 (full implementation) are as follows.

□ Deputy Chief Childcare Worker / Core Leader, etc. : Acquisition of 4 fields (or 60 hours or more) □ Duty Field Leader / Young Leader : Acquisition of 1 field (or 15 hours or more) ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

The Career Advancement Training for Childcare Workers by Hoiku no Design Advance is an e-learning [on-demand] training supervised by Mr. Takashi Muto, a leading expert in early childhood education and childcare, allowing you to take training created directly by highly specialized and experienced instructors. The "training of approximately 15 hours or more per field" is divided into short courses of about 15 to 30 minutes each, allowing you to systematically proceed with the training during your spare time.

The training period is long (April 1, 2026 to March 15, 2027), so you can take it at times when childcare facility events are not affected. The training fee is 9,900 yen (tax included) per field, making it an affordable price that is easy to start right away. A certificate of completion will be available immediately once you pass the screening.
