1. Background of the Agreement

Hmcomm has been advancing the development of technologies such as speech recognition, speaker diarization, summarization using generative AI, and conversation analysis, leveraging its core "Sound x AI" technology.

"Voice Digest" is a cloud service that automatically transcribes and summarizes call recording data in contact centers using AI, thereby improving the efficiency of post-call work (ACW) for operators and enhancing service quality.

This time, its effectiveness has been recognized, leading to the conclusion of a license agreement with a major domestic BPO provider.

2. Overview of the Agreement

Under this agreement, "Voice Digest" will be provided under license and is planned for deployment across multiple contact centers operated by the BPO provider. The provided features include:

AI-powered speech recognition, transcription, and speaker diarization

Call summarization using generative AI

Conversation analysis and keyword extraction

Integration with existing CRM/CTI systems via API

3. Future Development

The contact center industry is facing an urgent need to address labor shortages and improve operational efficiency, with a rapidly growing demand for automation of post-call work using generative AI.

Based on the operational track record gained through this agreement, Hmcomm will further strengthen sales of "Voice Digest" and expand its deployment not only in the contact center industry but also across a wide range of sectors including finance, insurance, public services, and retail.

Furthermore, by positioning "Voice Digest" as one of the key products constituting our Voice AI Platform, we aim to expand our recurring revenue by advancing integration with AI agents and enhancing advanced conversation analysis functions.
