2. The dashboard and AI analysis are developed based on "Tableau" and "Tableau Pulse," which have a high reputation and implementation track record globally as BI tools. High visibility and intuitive operability promote the understanding of KPIs without specialized knowledge and encourage data utilization based on common indicators.
3. As KPIs useful for grasping business conditions, the following will initially be provided: (1) Churn rate by service, (2) LTV (Life Time Value), (3) Average contract period (average continuous months), and (4) Recurring revenue rate. Indicators can be added according to the application.
