Hitachi, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hitachi) is pleased to announce that 58 of its employees have been selected across all four categories, including "2026 Japan AWS Ambassadors," in recognition of their expertise in cloud and AI technologies and their contributions to the AWS community through the AWS Partner Network (APN) program offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Furthermore, Hitachi has been honored with the "AWS Japan Accreditation Award" for the sixth consecutive year, acknowledging the company's company-wide promotion of AWS utilization for a wide range of applications, including basic AWS knowledge, AI, data management, and security, and for producing a large number of employees with "AWS Accreditation" certifications.

These numerous awards, both individual and corporate, reflect Hitachi's organizational and continuous efforts in developing digital talent. To foster advanced digital talent proficient in cloud and AI, Hitachi has established educational programs (learning paths) that offer systematic learning from foundational to advanced levels. By providing organizational support for employee training and certification acquisition, Hitachi contributes to the IT modernization and business transformation of its customers.

In addition to talent development and individual engineer skill enhancement, Hitachi has also been recognized for its implementation achievements. In December 2025, Hitachi received the "Public Sector Solution Provider Program Partner of the Year - APJ" award, which is presented to the top partner in the Asia Pacific and Japan region for its AWS implementation achievements in the public sector.

Moving forward, Hitachi will continue to focus on nurturing advanced cloud talent and will strongly support customers' data-driven management and business transformation by combining its unique strengths in IT, OT, and product knowledge with cutting-edge technologies such as generative AI.
