What is the HIOKI Product Trade-in Service?
This is a system to circulate long-used measuring instruments as resources again, rather than treating them as "waste." Through disassembly and sorting technology unique to our own products, approximately 72% of traded-in measuring instruments are reused as recycled raw materials. We aim to achieve a recycling rate of 97% in the future and contribute to reducing environmental impact throughout the product lifecycle.
We position 2025 as the "First Year of the Circular Economy." Through the expansion of the HIOKI Product Trade-in Service, we will further accelerate our efforts towards resource circulation.
