HIOKI's Nagoya Technical Center Fully Operational as of April 1: Accelerating Co-creation in the Tokai Region

HIOKI (Hioki E.E. Corporation: Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture; President: Takahiro Okazawa) opened a technical center within its Nagoya sales base at the end of 2025 to accelerate the realization of innovative measurement solutions. Following the completion of measurement equipment installation and organizational setup, the center will become fully operational on April 1, 2026.

This center is equipped with evaluation facilities for automotive and battery materials, aiming for further co-creation with customers and partner companies in the Tokai region.

### Background To achieve its long-term management policy 'Vision 2030,' HIOKI established the 'Co-creation Laboratory' within the HIOKI Innovation Center (Headquarters Engineering Building) in April 2023. This facility, equipped with tools for collaborative experimentation, measurement, and evaluation, has been developing elemental technologies and new products to solve emerging social issues through electrical measurement.

Furthermore, in 2024, the company opened two technical centers covering Eastern and Western Japan. These centers, tailored to fields such as automotive, batteries, and electronic devices, have provided rapid, high-quality solutions by being closer to customers.

By establishing this third co-creation base in Nagoya, HIOKI aims to discover and solve new challenges while promoting the development of unique products in the Tokai region.
