**■ Background**

To achieve our long-term management policy 'Vision 2030,' we established the 'Co-creation Laboratory' within the HIOKI Innovation Center (head office technical building) in April 2023. Equipped with facilities for experiments, measurements, and evaluations with customers, we have been developing elemental technologies and new products to solve new social issues with electrical measurement technology.

Furthermore, in 2024, we opened two technical centers covering East and West Japan, respectively. These centers are equipped with evaluation facilities tailored to each area, such as automobiles, batteries, and electronic devices, and have provided faster and higher-quality problem-solving closer to customers than ever before.

By establishing this third co-creation base in Japan, in Nagoya, we will promote the discovery and resolution of new issues in the Tokai region and drive unique product development.
