[June 8, 2026] Hilton Tokyo (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; General Manager Felix Busch) will offer two bar-exclusive night parfaits (from ¥2,800) starting Monday, June 15, at the 2nd floor Bar & Lounge ZATTA, sweetly and refreshingly coloring summer nights. The summer parfait, layered with juicy fresh melon, mango, and melting peach compote, is a luxurious composition with different flavors and textures in each spoonful. Enjoy the beautiful chemistry unique to a bar by pairing with cocktails or champagne that enhance the juicy, delicate sweetness of the fruits. How about a sweet moment tasting the summer limited parfait in a moody space with live music and DJ performances?

Golden Riviera

Golden Riviera ¥2,800

A vibrant tropical parfait packed with sun-kissed tropical fruits. Layered with mango mousse, refreshing lemon thyme jelly, fresh mango and orange, rich yet light finish. Topped with acai berry yogurt sorbet, the mellow acidity of yogurt enhances the sweetness of the fruits. The crispy honeycomb tuile, candied orange, and edible flowers evoke a resort mood.

Blush Lagoon

A refreshing summer parfait starring juicy melon and peach. Layered with fresh melon, peach compote, and coconut jelly, coconut sorbet spreads a refreshing tropical aftertaste.
