Hilton to Exhibit Corporate Booth as Silver Sponsor at Tokyo Pride 2026 Pride Parade & Festival

Hilton Japan, Korea, and Micronesia (located in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; represented by Joseph Kailala) will exhibit a corporate booth as a Silver Sponsor for the second consecutive year at 'Tokyo Pride 2026 Pride Parade & Festival,' one of Japan's largest LGBTQ+ related events, held on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Yoyogi Park. The event is organized by the specified non-profit organization Tokyo Rainbow Pride (Co-Representative Directors: Natsumi Yamada, Yuko Sato). Additionally, 65 team members (employees) from 7 properties are scheduled to participate in the Pride Parade on Sunday, June 7.

The booth exhibition is part of the activities of Hilton's internal volunteer group 'Pride TMRG (Team Member Resource Group),' which supports LGBTQ+ team members. This year, Hilton Garden Inn Yokohama Minatomirai, which opened on April 7, 2026, has newly joined, and will participate jointly with Conrad Tokyo, Hilton Tokyo, Hilton Tokyo Bay, Hilton Odawara Resort & Spa, DoubleTree by Hilton Tokyo Ariake, and the regional office of Hilton Japan, Korea, and Micronesia.

This year's booth will feature an 'Inclusive Journey Wall.' Visitors are invited to write their ideas on how Hilton can become more inclusive or share their own experiences of inclusivity on the wall. Those who write a message can enter a lottery to win various prizes such as hotel accommodation vouchers, meal tickets, and Conrad Bears. Furthermore, a photo spot with a specially decorated bell cart (luggage cart) will be set up inside the booth.

Regarding the exhibition at 'Tokyo Pride 2026 Pride Parade & Festival,' Terry Jacobs, Senior Director of Human Resources, Hilton Japan, Korea, and Micronesia, stated the following:
