Hilton Japan, Korea & Micronesia (Location: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Joseph Khairallah) has been selected for the first time as No. 1 in the large enterprise category (1,000 employees or more) of the 2026 "Great Place to Work" Women's Ranking in Japan recently announced by Great Place To Work® Institute Japan (hereafter GPTW Japan). Following last year, it became the top hospitality company. In this selection, the company was highly evaluated for its comprehensive benefits that support women's career continuity, a stable employment environment, and excellent teamwork where members celebrate each other's growth.

Regarding this award, Terry Jacobs, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Hilton Japan, Korea & Micronesia, stated:

"We are extremely honored to be ranked No. 1 in the Large Enterprise Category of the 2026 Best Workplaces for Women in Japan. Hilton has been leading the creation of work environments where female team members (employees) can shine as their true selves worldwide, such as being named No. 1 on the Best Workplaces for Women in the U.S. by Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine for seven consecutive years. This award is proof that our global commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and growth opportunities has deeply penetrated Japan. At Hilton, through a multifaceted approach including caregiving (childcare/nursing care) support, mentorship, and lifelong learning, in addition to professional skill development, we provide an environment where women can confidently take a step forward at any stage of their career. We will continue to evolve so that every single team member, who is the driving force of hospitality, can maximize their infinite potential."

In March, during "Women's History Month," Hilton conducted the following activities to support the career development of female team members and further deepen a culture that respects diversity.

Activities in the Japan, Korea, and Micronesia Region

- 1:1 Dialogues with Next-Generation Female Leaders (March 9-10): Conducted individual dialogues with general managers for Tokyo-based female leaders at the assistant director level and above. By sharing their own experiences, they directly supported career growth and the deepening of leadership.

- Fireside Chat (March 13): Held a panel discussion with about 40 male and female team members based in Tokyo participating, under the theme "Leadership Across Cultures: Working Together to Advance Women in the Hospitality Industry."

- Women's History Month Lunch Mixer (March 19): At the Japan, Korea, and Micronesia regional office, professional hand and ear acupuncture massages, and energy drink tastings were held. During lunchtime, male and female team members from across departments gathered to casually discuss careers and work-life balance.
