Savor Sweets Loved Across Generations at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk: "Sky Afternoon Tea ~Evergreen~" to be Held from Friday, May 1, 2026

[March 26, 2026] At "Bar & Dining CLOUDS" on the 35th floor of Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk (Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City; General Manager Frederic Lucron), during the season when beautiful greenery refreshingly colors the city, we will be offering the "Sky Afternoon Tea ~Evergreen~" featuring a collection of sweets loved across generations from Friday, May 1, 2026, to Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Please enjoy the new flavors of classic sweets loved across generations, arranged in the CLOUDS style.

The three-tiered cake stand features a lineup of 5 types of sweets and 3 types of savories. Provided in three sessions, this afternoon tea is structured as follows.

・Part 1 (11:30 -) / Part 2 (13:30 -)

In addition to the three-tiered cake stand, this plan includes a choice of a meat or fish main dish and soup, making it highly recommended for lunch.

・Part 3 (15:30 -)

In addition to the three-tiered cake stand, this plan is set with a "Sweets Wagon Service" where you can additionally choose your favorites from 6 types of sweets lined up on a wagon, allowing you to enjoy sweets to your heart's content.

On the top tier of the cake stand, you will find the "Peach Marshmallow Tart", which features the gentle sweetness of peach spreading in your mouth and attractive fluffy hotel-made marshmallows, alongside the "Cocoa Crumble Chocolate Mousse", which transforms bitter and rich chocolate into a moist mousse.

On the middle tier, keeping with the theme "Evergreen," there is a lineup of 3 types of arranged sweets loved across generations. The "Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich" is a rich item finished by sandwiching plenty of deep chocolate cream between crispy chocolate cookies. The "Matcha Roll Cake", an arrangement of the globally popular roll cake using Fukuoka Prefecture's representative brand tea "Yame Matcha," presents a refreshing early summer taste with matcha thoroughly kneaded into the dough and a lightly finished matcha cream. Also, please enjoy the spicy, moist, traditional British "Cream Cheese Carrot Cake".

On the bottom tier, we have prepared 3 gorgeous savories: a "Quiche" luxuriously using Camembert cheese, "Maple Smoked Salmon" featuring smoked salmon alongside a waffle wafting with the sweet scent of maple, and a "Pâté de Campagne".

In Part 1 and Part 2 (11:30 - / 13:30 -), you can choose your favorite main dish from the "Chicken Confit", whose juicy umami spreads throughout your mouth, or the "Salmon Sauté Provence Style". For the sweets wagon service offered in Part 3 (15:30 -), there is the traditional Austrian pastry "Linzer", which is loved across generations and is said to be the world's oldest torte, and a "Basque Cheesecake" made with consideration for the environment and a focus on local production for local consumption. It uses plenty of cream cheese made from Fukuoka Prefecture wheat, cage-free eggs from Chikujo-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture, and fresh raw milk from Kyushu. In addition, a total of 6 types of sweets line up, including "Chocolate Mud Cake", "Macaron", "Cookie", and "Canelé", allowing you to enjoy as many of your favorite sweets as you like.
