### What is the Senmu Cup Rookie Battle?

Since our founding in 1971, with the motto "heartfelt interaction," we have continuously thought about how to delight our customers. To safely transport valuable household goods to new homes and help customers start their new lives comfortably, we have continued to maintain a customer-centric perspective, inherit various techniques, and focus on education for customer service.

To further improve the service and techniques of our field staff, who are at the core of our moving services, we launched the "Moving Service Contest Senmu Cup" in 2018. The following year, with the aim of passing on techniques, quality, and customer service to young field staff, we started the "Moving Service Contest Senmu Cup Rookie Battle," which is open only to field staff within three years of joining the company.

### [Heartfelt Service to Customers is Important: "We are a Service Industry!"]

While the technique of safely and quickly transporting customers' valuable household goods is certainly important, our company motto includes the phrase "We are a service industry!" placing great emphasis on customer service. Even during the competition, staff acting as customers are placed, and judges assess aspects such as attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and appropriate language.

### [Prize Money of 300,000 Yen Awarded to the Winning Team]

The winning team receives a championship cup, a certificate of commendation, and a prize of 300,000 yen. In the moving industry, it is rare to see the techniques of other branches or areas. Therefore, through this competition, we aim to absorb good practices from each other, engage in friendly rivalry, and strive for quality improvement by sharing what has been learned with colleagues and juniors in various regions.
