For nationwide implementation, job seekers at all Sakai Moving Service branches will be able to choose between 'in-person interview' or 'AI interview' during the application process. This approach is expected to facilitate speedy recruitment, especially for urgent staffing needs in regional offices and during peak seasons, preventing missed opportunities. The company also plans to gradually advance recruitment DX by considering the expansion of AI interviews to full-time (mid-career) positions in the future.
