TV Anime "Crimson Mask," Animated by 100studio, to Begin Split Two-Cour Broadcast in October 2026! Key Visual & Teaser Movie Unveiled

It has been decided that the TV anime "Crimson Mask" (serialized in Shonen Gahosha's "Young King Ours"), for which the global animation label "100studio" (operated by HIKE Inc.) is in charge of animation production, will be broadcast in a split two-cour format starting October 2026. The broadcast slot will be Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV national network on Saturdays at 5:30 PM (JST) (excluding some regions). We are also pleased to announce the release of the key visual and teaser PV.

The released key visual depicts the determined expressions of the protagonist Pel, and his friends Sona and Moku. Furthermore, the teaser PV, which unveils anime footage for the first time, also showcases battle scenes utilizing abilities gained from masks!

Character Introduction

Pel

An apprentice to the legendary mask craftsman Gaston Lou.

He has a past where he was manipulated by the power of a mask and unintentionally killed his master and comrades. To prevent such a tragedy from ever happening again, he embarks on a journey to destroy Gaston's masks.

Sona

The former princess of Lisblanc.

Despite having witnessed her mother's murder, she harbors inner strength and has not lost her bright spirit. To assist Pel, she leaves her hometown and joins him on his journey.

Moku

A young man who can no longer remove the Smoke Mask.

While he masters smoke with the mask's abilities, he has developed a constitution that requires him to smoke regularly...
