"Flower and Light Movement at Toneri Park: Nemophila and a Hundred Flowers Scenery"

Hibiya-Kadan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroaki Miyajima) will be responsible for the decorations at the "Flower and Light Movement at Toneri Park: Nemophila and a Hundred Flowers Scenery," held from April 10 (Fri) to April 26 (Sun), 2026. This event is part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Flower and Light Movement," which aims to provide new ways to enjoy parks through seasonal floral and lighting displays.

Toneri Park boasts one of the most expansive landscapes in Tokyo. As lovely blue Nemophila flowers bloom across the hills, the event will feature gorgeous decorations inspired by Nemophila and other spring flowers, along with immersive light and sound performances, creating a vibrant "hundred flowers" landscape that makes the beauty of the Nemophila shine even brighter.

We invite you to enjoy this extraordinary space woven by the beautiful Nemophila and soothing lights at Toneri Park, available for only 17 days this spring.

Event Overview

For this fourth edition in 2026, we are focusing on the "blue" of the Nemophila, one of Toneri Park's hallmarks. We will express a "color story" that transitions from various spring flowers into blue, through a fusion of flowers, illumination, and sound. After walking through the colorful flowers that decorate the spring, a breathtaking view of "Nemophila Blue" will spread out before you. Additionally, the "Nemophila Sky Stage," a photo spot where you can take pictures above the Nemophila, will be available. Enjoy an immersive experience as if you have stepped into the world of Nemophila, and spend an extraordinary, heart-fluttering moment.
