OS Co., Ltd. Introduces Renewable Energy to Four Major Properties in the Kansai Area

OS Co., Ltd. (Kita-ku, Osaka; Representative Director: Nobuo Kanaya) announced that as part of environmental conservation activities based on the sustainability declaration promoted by the Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group, it will sequentially introduce power derived from renewable energy (hereinafter referred to as renewable energy power) for the electricity used at its four major properties operated and managed in the Kansai area, starting from April 2026.

The renewable energy power to be introduced this time is planned to be electricity substantially considered to be derived from renewable energy through the utilization of "Non-Fossil Certificates with Tracking*". Through this, we will realize a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions at the target properties and strengthen our carbon-neutral initiatives toward the realization of a sustainable society.

Target properties: OS Building / Umeda Rakutenchi Building / Sannomiya OS Building / ANCHOR

CO2 reduction amount: An estimated reduction of approximately 2,800 tons per year (based on 2025 actual results)

The Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group has established "promotion of environmental conservation" as one of its key themes. Through various measures including this project, our company will also contribute to creating safe and comfortable spaces for the future.

* The "environmental value" of electricity derived from non-fossil power sources (such as renewable energy) is turned into a certificate, and attribute information such as the location of the power plant (tracking information) is added. By adding a certificate specifying renewable energy to the electricity, it substantially becomes electricity derived from renewable energy.
