Hankyu Hanshin Properties to Participate in Township Development '(Tentative Name) Meraki' in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas - Second Single-Family Home Development Project in the U.S.

Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. announces its participation in a section of the large-scale township development '(Tentative Name) Meraki,' with over 2,700 total units, in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area*, Texas, in collaboration with American real estate developer "Bridge Tower Homes." Within this township development, multiple developers are undertaking single-family home projects, and our company will participate in a project to develop 31 single-family homes (hereinafter, this project), aiming for sequential completion starting this autumn. This project will be our company's second single-family home development project in the United States.

The project site is located in the Forney area of Kaufman County, about 40 km east of downtown Dallas. The Forney area is a popular bedroom community with excellent convenience, being close to highway entrances and about a 35-minute drive to downtown Dallas. It is also an area where infrastructure development is actively progressing, with well-established commercial, educational, and medical facilities.
