HG Global Industries (General Science Research Institute), based in Yanagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, is developing an environment and transport vehicles that allow anyone to challenge space. Through the development of an environment where anyone can venture into the special field of space industry as a livelihood or family business, and transport vehicles that can fly to space at any time, we are creating an industrial cluster in the Ariake Sea coastal region.
Background of the Dream
For local regions facing population decline due to recession and industrial decline, taking on the role of a new industrial center is not easy. However, we believe that if we pioneer new fields different from the existing industrial world faster than anywhere else, that place will become the new industrial hub. We see the aerospace industry as a new field with that potential.
"If there's no work, create it." With this motto, we are shifting from reactive manufacturing to proactive manufacturing, moving from a hierarchical order structure to creating creative products with like-minded comrades, and then creating our own demand. We believe this will be a new industrial revolution.
Past Initiatives
As part of our past efforts, we have strengthened relationships for the development of the aerospace industry, incorporated related organizations, and strived to form a corporate group. Specific activities include the establishment of infrastructure and fuel manufacturing plants necessary for rocket transport, supply companies for parts procurement, the launch of energy-related businesses, the operation and management of space-related facilities, and the establishment of the Aerospace Industry Promotion Network (AIPN). Our company foresees the development of the aerospace industry and is strengthening relationships in related fields, incorporating related organizations, and forming a corporate group to realize our vision.
Future Initiatives
As future initiatives, we will collaborate with AIPN member companies to develop and sell equipment necessary for lunar base construction. We believe the lunar surface is not just a workplace but a place that will trigger new technological innovations. We are also confident that the Ariake Sea coastal region will grow into a mecca for the aerospace industry. We hope to contribute to the creation of new industries and regional revitalization.
Message
"Everyone said it couldn't be done. Everyone turned their backs, saying such a thing couldn't be done in this place."
Now, the wall has been broken, and the starting bell has rung. It's not only big cities that can do space. Even in local cities or depopulated towns, if there is the flame of passion, the door to space will open.
"Launch a single ray of light into the pitch-black sky and surely reach the intended destination. The glory gained by those who reach it will bring new evolution to humanity. Fear not, challengers. This is the port for those who embark on a journey to space; we shall be the guide that illuminates the pitch-black darkness. The era of great voyages has begun."
