This exhibition is a comprehensive trade show for back-office operations, bringing together services and solutions for HR, accounting, general affairs, and legal departments. At this event, HEROZ will showcase use cases of generative AI in back-office operations, business improvement services utilizing its in-house developed generative AI, and the recruitment support service "BLOOMWORKS," which is powered by HEROZ's current HR personnel using their own generative AI. Additionally, group company AKM Consulting will co-exhibit and introduce "BAKUNAGE," a solution that handles all back-office tasks such as accounting, labor, and legal affairs for startups and small to medium-sized enterprises.

At our booth, numerous demo PCs will be available, allowing you to try out the usage methods and user experience firsthand.

We will also introduce "BLOOMWORKS," a unique recruitment support service from HEROZ, where current HR personnel from an operating company (HEROZ) serve as consultants, supported by an in-house developed generative AI system. This service excels in direct recruiting and offers the advantage of providing one-stop support from recruitment strategy planning to applicant response.

Group company AKM Consulting, which will co-exhibit, will introduce "BAKUNAGE," a solution that takes over all corporate administrative department tasks, from accounting and labor operations such as expense reimbursement and payroll processing, to contract review and proxy services for recruitment activities.
