Heralbony Co., Ltd. (Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture; Representative Co-CEOs: Takaya Matsuda, Fumiaki Matsuda; hereinafter "Heralbony") will begin full-scale deployment of a new individual-participation program for business professionals, the "School-style Public Course," within its experiential DE&I training program for corporations, "HERALBONY ACADEMY." To date, HERALBONY ACADEMY has provided experiential DE&I programs to over 50 companies and more than 5,000 individuals. By expanding this content, previously developed for corporations, to individuals, Heralbony aims to continuously develop programs that help individuals internalize DE&I and connect it to organizational action. The first session, a 1-Day Edition, will be held on May 25th (Monday).

Background of the Launch While many companies promote DE&I, they face challenges such as "discussions within the company becoming formalized" and "lack of opportunities to learn about practical examples from other companies."
HERALBONY ACADEMY has previously offered custom training for each company. To meet the demand for individual participation rather than corporate units, a new "school format" has been introduced, where participants from various industries and positions gather to learn together. By making it an open program accessible to individuals, it cultivates an environment for like-minded people to advance DE&I, regardless of organizational size.
Features of This Program Feature 1: "Insights" gained from learning with multiple companies By learning with participants from different industries, job types, and positions, you can re-evaluate issues and possibilities that are difficult to see within your own company. Exposure to others' practices and struggles can deepen your own inquiries.
Feature 2: From "knowing" to "experiencing" DE&I through experience Beyond lectures, participants experientially learn the importance of creating an environment where diversity thrives through workshops and dialogues. The program ensures that understanding leads to actionable insights and steps for immediate implementation.
Feature 3: Easy-to-start design, allowing participation from 1 person and from 1 day Even if large-scale implementation is difficult for a company, individuals can participate. Both applications as a company representative and as an individual are accepted, making it accessible for those who want to start small.
